ਥਾਂ ਥਾਂ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਰਫ਼ਿਊ
ਤਲਵਾੜਾ, 25 ਮਈ: ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਵੀਆਨਾ, ਆਸਟ੍ਰੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਏ ਖ਼ੂਨੀ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਪਰਛਾਵੇਂ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਅੱਜ ਪੂਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਫਿਊ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸਮੁੱਚੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਹਨ। ਇੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਬਜਾਰ, ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਅਦਾਰੇ, ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਸਭ ਸੁੰਨਸਾਨ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਪੈਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਲਵਾੜਾ ਮੁਕੇਰੀਆਂ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਪੱਕੇ ਬੈਰੀਕੇਡ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਰੋਕੀ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਦੋ ਚਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪਿਆ। 
ਵਿਖਾਵਾਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਪੰਪ ਆਦਿ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਆਪ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡੇਰਾਂ ਬੱਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਜਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਪੈਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਸਾੜਫ਼ੂਕ, ਹਿੰਸਕ ਰੋਸ ਵਿਖਾਇਆ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਕਈ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਵਾਲੀਆ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਏ।ਬਹਰਹਾਲ, ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਫਿਊ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੰਨ ਬਿੰਨ ਉਤਾਰਾ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਹੈ:
CURFEW ORDER
Whereas, there have been some cases of violence in District Hoshiarpur and there is apprehension that there may be further danger to human life, property & disturbance of public tranquility, I am of the opinion that there is sufficient ground for proceeding under section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and that immediate prevention & speedy remedy is desirable.
Now, therefore, I N.K. Wadhawan, IAS, District Magistrate, Hoshiarpur by virtue of the powers vested in me under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 hereby direct that this curfew order shall be in force with in District Hoshiarpur immediately today i.e. 25.5.2009 till further order. No member of public shall remain out of door or on any street, roads or public place falling in the Limits of District Hoshiarpur.
This order shall not be applicable to the police personnel in uniform, on duty and the person to whom I issue a permit or any office authorized in this behalf.
This order shall take effect at once.
